A combination of 6 26 millimetres of ultra-merlino wool was used to increase the strength of the veil by 40 per cent through the use of a chorus technique. Air-pack core process: injection of 0.1% gaseous silicon oil in the middle of the yarn to reduce by 15% the mass of fabric to preserve the natural heating of wool.
A precision transition of 0.3 per cent centimetre is achieved through programming using the Japanese precision MFG-3.27-screech machine, which interacts three-fold with a floating line + concourse + mounted needle, woven a 1.2 mm thick invisible diamond cortex layer, using a 5 →7G gradient in the sleeves.
The left front embroidery uses the Tanegashima multiple embroidery machine, which embroidered a 3 mm stereologo at 600 needle/minute speed.
